Coming Soon: Tenant Appraisal System to Reward Great Tenants
The Property Consulting Group Inc. Announces New Program Aimed at Recognizing and Incentivizing Responsible Tenancy

The Property Consulting Group Inc. is excited to announce the upcoming launch of our Tenant Appraisal System—an innovative new initiative designed to reward responsible and respectful tenants across all properties under our management.

This forward-thinking system will evaluate key aspects of each tenancy, including:

• On-time rent payments

• Results from property inspections

• Positive communication

• Low or no complaint history

Each tenant will receive a Tenant Score out of 100, giving them visibility into how their actions contribute to their value as renters. Tenants with higher scores may qualify for lease renewal incentives, reduced rent increases, and even internal referrals to other rental properties in our portfolio.

As part of this rollout, tenants were recently sent an email with further details outlining the program’s goals, how scoring will work, and what actions can positively impact their score.

“Our goal is to bring greater transparency to the rental process,” said a representative from The Property Consulting Group Inc. “Tenants deserve recognition for their commitment to maintaining the property, paying on time, and being good neighbours. This system allows us to give that recognition while also helping our property owners make informed decisions.”

This system is currently being developed in partnership with Buildium, the software platform powering our Resident Center App, and RentSync, our marketing and listing partner. Together, we aim to integrate real-time data into an easy-to-understand scoring framework that benefits both tenants and property owners alike.

This initiative complements our recently launched Monthly Grocery Draw, which rewards tenants who pay rent on time, keep their information current in the Buildium App, and maintain a good tenancy record with minimal to no complaints.
