A retired Warrant Officer with nearly 25 years of service in the Royal Canadian Air Force, Ray brings discipline, integrity, and leadership to PCG. As a RECA Licensed Property Manager & Real Estate professional, he has managed rentals in Cold Lake since 2013. Ray founded PCG in 2022 and is also the founder of Wicked Watersport Rentals Inc., showcasing his passion for both business and local engagement. Known for his hands-on approach and community insight, Ray is a trusted partner for property owners and tenants alike.
