To complete your move-in process, please follow these steps:

1. Read Your Lease: Ensure you fully understand your legal obligations by reviewing the lease agreement.
2. Complete Obligations: Prior to your Move-In Inspection, please make sure:
   • Your Tenant’s Insurance is in place for your unit.
   • Utilities (gas, water, electricity) are activated in your name.
3. Make Payments: Pay your first month’s rent, security deposit, and any pet fees separately via e-transfer to: payments.pcg@gmail.com
   Password: Rent23 (Include your full name on the lease in the e-transfer message).
4. Important: Keys will only be provided once we receive proof of insurance and confirmation that utilities are set up.
5. Need Assistance? Feel free to reach out for any recommendations or help during your move-in.

Helpful Tips for a Smooth Move-In:

• Start Early: Procrastination never helps. Start packing early by sorting through items in storage or things you don’t use daily. Use a less-frequented room as your hub to box up items as you go along.
• Put it on the List: Lists are life-savers! The closer you get to your move, the more you’ll have on your mind. Start a to-do list as soon as possible to help organize your tasks and give you the satisfaction of checking things off as you go.
• Keep on Top of Your Utilities: The last thing you want after a long day of moving is to realize you can’t enjoy your favorite movie due to lack of internet. Schedule the disconnection or transfer of your utilities well ahead of moving day to ensure all comforts are ready for you right away.

With the Buildium Resident Center, you can:

• Manage your applications for vacant properties submitted through our website.
• Set up automatic monthly rent payments or make a quick payment on the 1st.
• Submit and track maintenance requests with certified vendors.
• Communicate directly with our team through private messaging.
• Access important rental documents like your lease and move-in inspection.

Next Steps:

1. Check your email for your Buildium profile and the text message from the management app.
2. Download the Buildium Resident Center App from Google Play or the Apple Store (ensure you download the correct one, as there are similar apps available).
3. Open your welcome email and follow the instructions (please do not start your own profile, as we have already set it up for you).
4. Accept the text message from Buildium to enable text correspondence.
